Sadly, we found the staff unprofessional, food disappointing and service very slow. Wine waiter not on the ball. Dining room too hot. Breakfast piled into a little dark corner, so difficult to access. No warm welcome and no one about when you needed a drink or get the fire going. Also the bathroom and loo was all grey and very cold. Sorry, just disappointed!

The hotel was in a great location, close to activities and conveniences, but away from the chaos of the crowds. The staff was welcoming and gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a beautiful suite that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The free parking was ample and well-lit, making us feel secure and at ease. We also loved the quiet country location and relaxed atmosphere of the area.

The lack of an elevator made it a bit difficult to carry our luggage up to the second floor, but the friendly housekeeping staff offered to help. The room was a bit on the small side, with not much extra space for our bags.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious mountain hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to the ski areas. The views of the Mont Blanc range were simply breathtaking. The facilities were superb, from the clean and well-appointed rooms to the top-notch restaurant. The food was divine, and we particularly enjoyed the warming ambiance for our evening meal. Additionally, the spa area was a highlight, and we loved being able to book the entire space for an hour at a time. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone.
